Yogurt Parfait Makeovers
Ginger & Pineapple Yogurt
Serves: 1
- 1 cup plain Greet yogurt
- 1 tablespoon crystallized ginger pieces, diced into small pieces
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon wheat bran
- ¼ cup crushed pineapple
- Spoon the ginger, cinnamon, wheat bran and pineapple on top of the yogurt. Mix and enjoy!
