15 mg micronized DHEA
50 mg Alpha Lipoic acid
75 mg DIM ( Diindolylmethane)
50 mg Chaste tree berry extract

How does DIM Synergize with DHEA?
Diindolylmethane (DIM) helps balance testosterone and estrogen levels to promote fat loss, muscle function and physical conditioning. DIM is an indole plant nutrient with distinct hormonal benefits, found in cruciferous vegetables including broccoli, cabbage, brussels sprouts and cauliflower. DIM supports the activity of specific enzymes that improve estrogen metabolism.
