Rosewater and Pistachio Yogurt

Serves: 1

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon rosewater
  • 2 tablespoons chopped unsalted pistachios
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon xylitol or D-ribose powder
  1. Mix in the rosewater and sweetener into the yogurt. Top with the chopped pistachios and enjoy!
