Pomegranate Energy Snack

  • 1 large or 2 medium ripe pomegranates, seeded
  • 1 fresh lime or lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon of dried cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

 

  1. Mix ingredients together. For a fun fruit flair, try the following combinations:
  • Add a fresh organic grown Jicama cut in cubes
  • Add two fresh unpeeled apples, your favorite, cubed to bit sizes and walnuts.
