Papaya, Mango Smoothie
Serves: 4
- 1 Small peeled red papaya chunks (check flesh is firm but ripe and sweet)
- ½ cup frozen mango
- 2 teaspoons of bee pollen (buy wild bee pollen to ensure high nutrition value)
- 1 tablespoon D-ribose powder
- 1/4 cup of fresh squeezed orange juice
- 2 cups of crushed ice
- 1 tablespoon medium chain triglycerides
- 1 tablespoon protein powder
Note: try freezing the coconut milk the night before to make your smoothie extra thick
- Combine everything in a blender and blend until smooth – about one minute. Divide between four large cups or bowls and serve.
