Papaya, Mango Smoothie

Serves: 4

  • 1 Small peeled red papaya chunks (check flesh is firm but ripe and sweet)
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • 2 teaspoons of bee pollen (buy wild bee pollen to ensure high nutrition value)
  • 1 tablespoon D-ribose powder
  • 1/4 cup of fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 2 cups of crushed ice
  • 1 tablespoon medium chain triglycerides
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder

Note: try freezing the coconut milk the night before to make your smoothie extra thick

  1. Combine everything in a blender and blend until smooth – about one minute. Divide between four large cups or bowls and serve.
