Natalie’s Papaya and Coconut Cream Bites

  • 1 large papaya cut into 1 ½ inch cubes
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1/3 of a can coconut cream
  • Plastic sandwich bag
  1. In a 8 x 8 inch glass dish layer papaya and coat with lime juice. Marinate covered in a refrigerator for 2 hours.
  2. Prior to serving take a plastic sandwich bag and add the 1/3 of the coconut cream. Push the cream towards the corner of the baggie. From where the cream sits, cut inch into the corner of the baggie and push the cream through. Take a papaya square and press a Hershey’s kiss dollop of cream onto each papaya square. Serve on a glass or white plate.
