Creamy Coconut Chai-Tea Shake

Serves: 1

  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoon l-carnitine
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder of your choice
  • 12-ounces stepped warm roobius chai or chai green tea
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon acacia fiber
  • Optional:  1 teaspoon D-ribose poser

2. In a shaker bottle, combine all ingredients and drink throughout the morning as a light breakfast to carry you through until your afternoon meal. Caution: make sure your shaker is heat safe – the hot tea causes the sides of the lid and container to expand potentially causing a spill
