Creamy Coconut Chai-Tea Shake

- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoon l-carnitine
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 tablespoon protein powder of your choice
- 12-ounces stepped warm roobius chai or chai green tea
- Optional: 1 tablespoon acacia fiber
- Optional: 1 teaspoon D-ribose poser
2. In a shaker bottle, combine all ingredients and drink throughout the morning as a light breakfast to carry you through until your afternoon meal. Caution: make sure your shaker is heat safe – the hot tea causes the sides of the lid and container to expand potentially causing a spill
