Antioxidant Shake

Serves: 1

  • 1 tablespoon MCTs
  • 1 tablespoon cherry, acai or pomegranate concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon good quality green powder
  • 1 tablespoon acacia fiber
  • 1 tablespoon l-carnitine
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder (whey, pea, hemp, or goat)
  • 12-16 ounces water

In a shaker bottle, combine all ingredients and drink throughout the morning as a light breakfast to carry you through until your afternoon meal.
