Almond & Grapefruit Yogurt
Serves: 1
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon shredded, unsweetened coconut
- 2 tablespoons slivered almonds
- ½ cup, about 1 quarter, grapefruit, peeled & wedged with membranes removed
- Spoon the almonds, coconut, and grapefruit on top of the yogurt. Sprinkle with xylitol or D-ribose powder.
