Almond & Grapefruit Yogurt

Serves: 1

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon shredded, unsweetened coconut
  • 2 tablespoons slivered almonds
  • ½ cup, about 1 quarter, grapefruit, peeled & wedged with membranes removed
  1. Spoon the almonds, coconut, and grapefruit on top of the yogurt. Sprinkle with xylitol or D-ribose powder.
